Certification
HUESKER ensures the high quality of its products through the use of the latest methods of manufacture and a continuous chain of stringent quality control measures. Appropriate in-house and third party monitoring of production is undertaken by our own accredited laboratory and by official materials testing authorities. We hold various accreditations including: EN ISO 9001:2008 for manufacture, EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005 for our testing laboratory and DIN 18200 for third party monitoring. Many of our products have internationally recognized certificates.
Various products and product groups have approvals from bodies such as the Bundesanstalt für Wasserbau (BAW), Eisenbahnbundesamt (EBA), Bundesanstalt für Materialforschung und -prüfung (BAM) and manufacturer-related product qualifications issued by Deutsche Bahn AG.
Some high strength Fortrac® geogrids have been given general approval by the German Rail Authority for use on railways in accordance with Section 4.7 of the testing requirements for geosynthetics (Prüfungsbedingungen für Geokunststoffe Issue 01/2003 dated 31.05.2003).
