The main use of silopacks is to prevent silo sacks from slipping off the sloping faces of silage mounds. The silo sacks are securely inserted the pockets of the  Silopack endless band.

The product is a kit consisting of:

• An endless band of 50 silosack-pockets, each pocket measuring 29 cm x 100 cm, and
• 50 HaTe® silo sacks, each measuring 27 cm x 120 cm. The silo sacks have a punched-out handle on one of their ends. The filled silo sacks are closed with an integral cord.  

If necessary, the endless band can be shortened in length. The cut edges are thermally fused together to prevent them fraying.  

The material has excellent UV stability and can be expected to have a long service life, given careful handling.
